No DOI has been assigned to the public Atlas release. Do not cite a DOI until a public, rights-cleared archival release has been deposited.

The DOI archive should contain only rights-cleared code, sanitized layers, public manifests, documentation, and release notes. It must not contain the licensed source workbook or identifying/reversible derivatives.
